A compassionate team focused on your success.

Our team of clinicians have worked with individuals and families from many backgrounds, facing a broad spectrum of issues. We’ve developed a deep respect for the unique stories and needs of our clients.

We use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Tools to help our clients move through the challenges that they are facing.

The clinicians on our team specialize in treating anxiety, phobias, OCD, and depression. However, we each have different areas of interest and expertise.
